This privacy policy applies to the mobile application, MinDent (“App”) provided by L. Fazekas (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Camera Permission

The App uses the Android CAMERA permission solely to enable QR code scanning within an optional Pro feature.

Camera access is used only when you actively open the QR code scanning feature. The App does not access the camera in the background.

No photos or videos are recorded, stored, or transmitted. Camera input is processed in real time only to scan QR codes.

The App remains fully functional without granting camera permission, except for the optional QR code scanning feature.

2. Data Collection and Use

We do not collect, store, or share personal data from your camera images or videos on our servers unless explicitly stated otherwise within the App.

• Any images or videos captured may be stored locally on your device and are under your control.
• If the App ever needs to upload or share captured content (for example, to a cloud service or with other users), this will be clearly indicated in the App, and such content will only be sent with your action or consent.
• The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and any data entered is used only for personal habit tracking purposes.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. Third‑Party Services

If the App integrates third‑party services (such as analytics, crash reporting, or cloud storage), those services may process limited technical data as described in their own privacy policies.

Where applicable, links to those third‑party privacy policies are provided inside the App or on the app listing page on Google Play.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intentionally directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data processed by the App from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
