Account Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your account and associated data, please follow one of the options below:

Option 1 (Recommended)

Delete your account directly in the app:

• Open the app
• Go to Settings > Customization
• Tap “Delete Account”
• Follow the instructions

Option 2 (Without the app)

Send an email to: [email protected]

Include:

• Your account email address
• Account ID (on Profile page, copied by tapping the QR Code)
• Subject: Account Deletion Request - Account ID

What happens next

• Your account and personal data will be deleted within 7 days
• Some data may be retained if required for legal or security purposes

Data that will be deleted
